Not only has William achieved successes at Monks Green Farm through his own diversification projects, he's now a planning consultant and has helped others achieve planning applications. This area of Monks Green Farm has developed a portfolio which includes full planning, permitted development, lawful development certificates and planning appeals.
His work has been recognised in national publications which includes The Times, Farmers Weekly, Land & Business and UK Landlord. He’s also given presentations at the National CLA Conference and hosted and presented at CLA East event and The British Institute of Agricultural Consultants.
